Enterprise subscription is not being recognized

I am paying a monthly subscription for all the apps.

If I sign in to the creative cloud it gives me the option to 'start a free trial'

I can't open any applications because it isn't recognising I have a subscription...

When I go into my account my subscription is there and paid for.

What is really fun is that if I do anything it also says I don't have a subscription at all...
