Error 195 Creative Cloud installation on Windows 10 21H2

I had opened a case with Adobe to try and figure out why Creative Cloud would not install.  Support came back and said that it was "error 195".  "System requirements not met".  Turns out that Creative Cloud is NOT happy with Windows 10 21H2..  We have to keep our system up to date for security requirements, so rolling back to 21H1 is not an option.  When is Adobe going to update its product compatibility?  Is there another way to install the software without rolling back to 21H1?  I've tried running via compatibility mode, and that didn't work.  I tried looking at the application.xml fix, and that file doesn't exist in our package creation.  Our user cannot get the software she's licensed for because of this issue.  I want to know when this will be fixed?

Hi @Nicole2201585207z9 @ElectricMario this wont be fixed.

Creative Cloud cannot be installed on 21H1, 21H2 and 20H2.

It is documented here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/operating-system-guidelines.html

Specifically with 21H1, 21H2 and 20H2 due to LTSB branches are not supported.

21H2 was released in Nov 2021. 21H1 is no longer supported by Microsoft.

It constantly crashes and doesn't open

uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

I've got a case with Adobe that was just closed.

The results from support is that our Creative Cloud enteprise install is NOT (error 195) compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 version 21H2. Because of security requirements, we have to keep our systems patched to the latest levels. WHEN will Creative Clouid enterprise be compatible with Windows 10 21H2? I have a user that can't access what she is licensed and entitled for becuase of this. I've tried installing in "compatibility" mode. I looked at the application.xml "fix", but that's not applicable to the named license/controlled license version we have. I'm frustrated and need this fixed asap. I need the engineers @ Adobe to either give me a work around or tell me another way to get the software installed. Thanks.
