Error 205 when opening Adobe Photoshop latest version using enterprise account.

This Error Pops up every time i launch Photoshop. I am using an enterprise account from schoo, and it works just fine on my laptop.
I have tried every method of fixing this including deleting all files and registry 

Confession: I did have a cracked version that I didn't know about which i think is why it's not working
