Hi there,

when trying to install Adobe Creative Coud Complete I get the Error-Log stated below:

OS is Win7, 64Bit, and I downloaded the proper Version via a university´s software-shop. So Licensing should not be the Problem.

Any ideas out there?

With best regards,

Gunnar

    Hi Gunnar,

I would suggest recreating your package, as this error indicates that the installer and the application being installed are of different versions, and are incompatible with each other.

    Hello Dominic,

thank you very much for your helpful suggestion. I already though in that direction.

Nevertheless I think I have to turn to the Software-Vendor (University´s Softwareshop) and ask for a proper package.

    Best regards

    Gunnar
