Factura con CIF

Me ha llegado la factura pero no tiene el formato oficial exigido en España, ¿como puedo solicitar una factura que lleve nombre de la empresa, direccción y CIF?

and adobe support's not going to be able to change your invoice.

Me pasa lo mismo con mis facturas....No aparece el NIF ni nada y no sé como puedo cambiarlo..
