    This fixed my issue:

    The latest update to the creative packager will not recognize Windows proxy settings correctly.

    it will not resolve the proxy from the IE  AutoConfguration script file.

    Check your proxy settings in IE

    .........Connections --> Lan Settings  tab

    I had to manually input the proxy, make sure the AutoDetect and USE Automatic script are UNCHECKED

    Select Manual and put in your proxy.

    I need to keep it setup this way while I build my package

    Hi Carmen,

    Please try to perform the following steps.

    Rename the OPM.db file

       1. Navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

       2. Delete the opm.db file.

       3.Launch the Creative Cloud Packager.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Sumit Singh
