Fraudulent Transaction Support

To whom this may concern,

I would like a refund from multiple unauthorised fraudulent transactions on my card of a total sum of £400. For a subscription product which has been wrongly authorised.

I have never used your product before and I am failing to understand how all these transactions came about at one time.

I am in desperate need of my money to be returned to my account due to financial difficulties and dependents.

Thank you very much, for the assistance and resolution!!

When can I expect the refund amount back into the bank account that the
transaction was taken from? Do you need any further details from my self?
