Hi,

The update download for Acrobat pro DC fails at around 60MB completion.

I have tried from Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 and Firefox browsers.

WinSCP FTP fails with error -

Disconnected from server

Copying files from remote side failed.

this has been an issue for the last 2 versions AcrobatDCUpd1502020042.msp and AcrobatDCUpd1502020039.msp from ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/

I have been able to grab the reader updates fine from the ftp site.

thanks

Cameron

    Hi,

I managed to download both of those updates first time via firefox. I don't believe there is any problem with the ftp site. Could your connection be dropping?

    thanks.

I am certain my connection isn't dropping, but something is happening around the 5 minute mark and not around the size as I first thought.

I even tried bypassing our enterprise web filter with the same problem.

tried on my home private connection too, failed at 99%.

a colleague managed to grab the file now from his home connection, so that will do for now. just strange I never had issues with the FTP downloads of anything up until the last 2 versions of acrobat.
