'Get Link' button not working (sharing restrictions in place)

Hello, as part of my job I need to share draft documents with engineers and SMEs to gather vital feedback. My peers all have the ability to click "Get Link" and share their PDFs effortlessly with our organization. However, when I click the "Get Link" button in my PDFs, instead of a link, I get an error message saying my 'file can't be sent because my organization has sharing restrictions in place'. (screenshot attached)

I've asked people throughout my organization's IT team, and I've also escalated this to Adobe help, and *nobody* has been able to tell me who has the power to change this setting. It's incredibly tedious to have to ask my co-workers to generate links for me every time I want a document reviewed. Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated!

your admin should fix this or, if they need help, they should contact adobe support.
