Anyone else have this feature turned on or had it on at one point? Would you mind sharing your experience with the initial activation as far as how it impacted users and how it has been since activation? Or, perhaps you had this feature on and decided to turn it off. Could you share why you made that decision? Also, which setting (length of time) you used or are using? Does it give the users the opportunity to save their work before it signs them out, does it cause the apps to crash, etc? Thank you so much!

@karend88140990 we havent had a need to use this feature since we are using Azure Authentication SSO integration. Logins and passwords are managed through that system.
There are some good tips and considerations in the documentation on this.

The only reason I could see using this is if you are allowing users to access via Social Logins.

Thanks so much for your reply Kevin. We're turning the Azure Sync feature on soon as well. The reason we'd like to make use of the Max Session Life setting, is to somehow report on Last Signed On dates. I don't know how they plan to do that just yet, possibly with Azure or a 3rd party app but the goal is, if you haven't signed on after a certain amount of months, we want to remove the license they are taking up. We have quite a few licenses assigned where the users have never even launched the app.

Thats a creative take - Keep us updated as a lot of posts have asked for usage monitoring in the past. I'm not aware of any other options besides 3rd party trackers. If this works it would be a great solution.

Hi @karend88140990 ,
While Adobe does not currently provide end-user login and usage data directly, we encourage Enterprise customers to leverage their identity provider to supply the most accurate and up-to-date login and usage data across all leveraged SaaS applications.
