HELP : how to terminate a subscription to InDesign ?

Hi,

We are a small business and we have subscribed to the InDesign product via Adobe Cloud. I would like to terminate the subscription but :

- I dont find any clear termination button on the Admin Console interface (only add licences, add users, etc.). We are supposed to be in the period where we are allowed to terminate the subscription (until 3rd of December).

- No contact is given to the support to help (We are located in France and the given French tel number is false!)

What is this scam ? Anyone to help me ? Thank you very much.
