Help understanding account

According to a recent chat with the Adobe Twitter team, I have 2 active teams accounts under the same email address and also individual plans. I must admit, the online Adobe dashboard confuses me. I'm hoping someone from Adobe can help me understand what's going on here and why I have multiple plans. I get a different story from the live chat help every time I speak with them and never seem to get anywhere.

Log-in to your Adobe account and click this link https://account.adobe.com/products to see what you have

Did you actually buy a Team plan? Do you have employees who use your Team plan?

Non of these seem to make sense to me. I have an Adobe account for my company with 4 full licenses and an Adobe Stock account too.

Contact your Adobe Enterprise support via the admin console. Navigate to "Support" on the console. I suppose that you are an admin.

NB: I will move this discussion to the Teams&Enterprise forum.
