Help with Creative Cloud from TechSoup

I'm looking at renewing our Creative Cloud accounts through TechSoup (current accounts were purchased directly through Adobe). I know my colleagues will need to create new accounts with new email addresses for this. Is there a way they can transfer their saved work from one account to another, or will they need to download everything and upload it to the new account?

Hi @Kelly30862360yo8v, please ask the Reseller to create an existing eVIP contract under the same contract. You don't need to migrate the data need to assign new licenses to users.

Hi @Kelly30862360yo8v, please ask the Reseller to create an existing eVIP contract under the same contract. You don't need to migrate the data need to assign new licenses to users.

Thanks Ashish! I'll ask TechSoup to do that.

I do have another question. We have DC Pro users in addition to Creative Cloud users. But we're only moving the CC users to Tech Soup. Will we be able to still have/see all our users in our Admin Console? Will our existing contract have both the DC users and CC users?
