Help with deleting my account

Hi,

So I would like to get my account deleted. My account is linked to an Admin Consel but when going in there, I cannot remove myself as a user from the Admin Consel and thus cannot delete my account. Can someone somewhere help me with deleting my account?

Hi @Zesty_vibrancy50BA ,

If you have any administrative roles assigned in the organization, you must transfer or revoke them before leaving the organization.

As a System, Product, Product Profile, or User Group Administrator, you can:

Contact another System Administrator [https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html] to revoke your administrative roles.
Or, Add another administrator [https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/admin-roles.html#add-admin] to the same role. Then, ask the newly added administrator to accept the invite and revoke your administrative roles [https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/admin-roles.html#Editenterpriseadminrole].

Regarding more information regarding leaving your organization and deleting your account.

Thing is I am the administrator and also have this account. Perhaps I created this Enterprise by myself and I am the only user in it. I am not sure how to delete it because I have both.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
