Really tired of having to deal with customer service that knows nothing about this product. They also like to just put people on mute and not respond. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes with no response, no warning theyre going afk. i will be looking for another editing software going forward. foreign call centers are a for way to lose customers.

After dealing with support chat this morning, I couldn't agree more.
I was sent to 3 different people, and none had any clue how to do what should be a simple request - something that Adobe's own support documentation said to contact support for.
I've managed support teams for almost 20 years now, and I've never experienced such incompetence from a major company like Adobe.
