How can activate a shared license?

In the company where I work we bought the license for Adobe Illustrator Creative Cloud, but I as a second administrator can not use it.

I don't know if I need to enable something, could you support me please.

What kind of license did you purchase?

If this is an individual license it is a per-user license and cannot be shared.

If this is a Team or Enterprise license then you need to be given entitlement to use the product via your Admin Console.

Being an Admin on the Admin Console does not give you automatic entitlement to use the applications.
