We have a single user of Creative Cloud For Teams and all its associated apps and now wish to add additional users. Logging in to the user's CC account it says "contact team administrator to make changes" We have logged into what is recorded as the team administrator to make changes in the admin console.... but there is no record of the user or the specific option to "manage team" as described in the "Manage your Creative Cloud for teams membership" page. Where can we find out the details of our user's team administrator? ...as we must have the wrong login information

If you need to add a new admin you should contact customer care who can run checks and once verified should be able to add the new admin. Contact Customer Care
