The person who acquired Adobe CS6 Master Collect has left the company. How do you know how many licenses we have? Activation indicates incorrect code.

    We did not know where he purchase it. I try to add it to my accout, but it announces that it would be the wrong code. Although I have installed and activated already it that code.
