How the h... can I contact the Adobe???

I am new here and I have been trying to understand what package I should buy but I do not understand it. Then I tried to find the contact information... clicking to one and another contact link... now I have 12 Adobe windows open, still do not find where is the contact or conversation link. Can anybody help??

Yep, tried. opens the same window again and again, I can not see any chat window, nor e-mail link, nothing. Useless.

Weird. I have a limited selection of Apps on my private account, but I can access eg. "Account Issues" and then "Change or Upgrade my membership".

That brings up an option to connect via Chat or by Phone after choosing "Show Contact Options".
