How to change name and email address of team member

I am the administrator of our Creative Cloud. We had an position change and need to change the name and email address for one of our licenses. How do I go about doing that? Do I have to delete the old person and add the new person and send them an inviation?

If these are different persons, you should remove a licence from the old user. And then add a new user and assign a license to them to invite them to the org.
