How to contact enterprise support?

To access the Support options, sign in to the Adobe Admin Console navigate to the Support tab.

You can create or manage your support cases or chat with Adobe Customer Care representatives.

How do I get access to the Adobe Admin Consule?

If your organization has an Enterprise contract then someone from the IT team must be having access to the Adobe admin console. They just have to add your account in the console and assign the admin rights.
