It has been months to a year since I recently graduated from California State university, East Bay, and I want to cancel my billing to Adobe. However, it seems as though I am unable to cancel the billing process. Is there a way for me to delete my account?

Please contact support via the website http://adobe.com/support to discuss this, as you have a federated login which is part of the university's enterprise contract, which you should not be being billed by Adobe for.

I have reviewed your email you have utilized to post here and found that there are no billing transactions associated with it.

However, if you don't have any other email address which could be associated with an Adobe subscription, then please follow the steps shared by Dom and contact support.
