How to manage CLP licenses?

I can't get an answer from Adobe support.

Can someone point me in the right direction? My school's previous tech coordinator got CS6 licenses and I need to recover the licenses from computers that got wiped and/or discarded. The old site does not track how many licenses were used or what computers they were installed on, nor does it allow me to revoke licenses from defunct computers.

Does anyone know an address at Adobe I can email to get help? Still on hold, and chat only responds after I have waited over 30 minutes and had to leave my desk.
