Hi there, do you know if there is a way to measure the usage of Adobe products per user? I would like to see if all users who have assigned licenses are using them and to what extent.
This has been requested multiple times but is not currently an available option from the Admin Console.

The signs are that Adobe have no plan to do this. They probably won't do it, and their reasons are exactly the same as the reason many people want it: it makes it easier to spend less with Adobe. I can't see the proposal being well received at the "product futures" meeting, can you...?

What "signs" do you mean? I understand the complications both logistically and with security of having a service like the Admin console have the ability to reach out to users computers to receive ping backs for usage. It has nothing to do with "easier to spend less with Adobe". But you believe what you want.
There are other services available to an IT department that can already do this using Jamf or similar deployment management options.

"Signs" as in (1) this good idea has been suggested often enough over a long time (2) Adobe's general behaviour shows strong internal motivators for maxizing profit; such strong motivators often have the effect of blocking - as an automatic part of the culture - good ideas that may be perceived as reducing profit, without insight into how the customer base perceives it. It's a big company syndrome. Just my opinion of course.
