Hi, my coporate ordered an Acrobat Standard DC and I received an invitation email from message@adobe.com. When I click the accept invitation link, it requires a login and password so I create my new account. After that I try to accept the invitation again but it said "this invitation was already accepted. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please talk with your team administrator and ask them to reinvite you".
Then I wrote an email to our IT admin but unfortunately he said "I have no clue about this either. Adobe is external company providing their product which makes Internal IT very hard to support".
So please advise what I should do next. My email is: wendy.lam@sophos.com and I look forward to hearing a solution. Guess our IT admin can't help anything here. Many thanks.

I have a few of questions for you:
1. Do you have Acrobat installed on your system?
- If no, then that needs to occur.
2. If not, is your IT required to install it for your or are you required to install it yourself?
3. If yes, then have you launched it and Signed In?

Hi Steve,
Please see my reply below
1. Do you have Acrobat installed on your system?
- If no, then that needs to occur.
Wendy: Yes. I have an Acrobat Reader DC now and I requeted a standard version since the reader can't do editing.
We are a security company so basically our IT install most programs and applicaiton for all the staff before distributing the notebook to us. If we need extra then we raise the request to IT department.
2. If not, is your IT required to install it for your or are you required to install it yourself?
3. If yes, then have you launched it and Signed In?
Wendy: I don't have acrobat login before so I singed up after i received the Adobe invitation. Once I signed in and go back to the invitaiton email and click the link, it says the invitation is used and need another invitaiton.
Thanks.

Wendy,
OK, you have the Acrobat Standard DC application installed and you have created an Adobe ID. You "should" now have the necessary things to Sign-In and activate the application. Try this process and see if you are then able to use the product.
1. Launch Adobe Acrobat Standard DC
2. You "should" be prompted to "Sign-In"
3. Provide the Adobe ID and password that you created when you initially clicked on the Invitation.
4. This "should" activate your product
5. If this all goes as it is supposed to you should then be presented with Adobe Acrobat Standard DC's Welcome screen and you should be able to use the product.
