How to tell who is actually using Acrobat Pro

I am trying to determine which users on the network are actually using the extra features of Acrobat that come with the pro version. For example, is there a way to log when users use the app to create and/or edit PDFs rather than just open them to read them? This is on a WIndows network with SCCM for app distribution, etc.

I should say not. There would be no reason for Adobe to log this, or help you migrate to Reader from Acrobat. (Not an official reply).

You should also bear in mind that it's a very complex question to answer, especially when dealing with fill-in forms or JavaScript. Things like saving a fill in form, or signing one, or using certain JavaScript actions, might not work in Reader - or might, according to the document rights.
