How to update my Adobe photoshop plan?

Question

A client shared access tom me, and said she shared her plans with my email address but I didn't received any email yet, she said that I'll need to install, sign up first my email address which she shared access to but still no access yet. How? why? help please?

you've posted in the wrong forum leading to initial confusion. i'll move your message.

the below excerpt is what your enterprise account manager should have read and they then should have directed you to www.adobe.com to sign-in using the same adobe id (= your email address) that the enterprise manager added to the enterprise account. (make sure a valid email address that you can access, was used by the manager.)

Apps Self-service

Like millions of Adobe users, you can allow your users to download and install apps themselves. Users can sign in to www.adobe.com and download and install the desktop apps and access services. p.s. if your manager failed to include the cc desktop app, you can get it here, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

no one can share their adobe individual "plan" (ie, account) with you unless by "plan" you mean some graphic (eg, a floor "plan").

access to shared file creative cloud files (including graphics) can be done with anyone with an internet connection. the owner (your client) would send you a link to their file(s). you don't need an adobe account nor adobe software to download the linked file(s).

you may need adobe software (and therefore an adobe account) to view some files. (eg, a photoshop file would require photoshop software to open and edit.)

now, with all that in mind, if you can more carefully explain the problem, you could get more help.

p.s. if you already have an adobe account and (eg, a photograher's subscription which includes photoshop) and you're having trouble updating photoshop, what do you see when trying to update using the cc desktop app from here, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
