http mirror for Adobe products / FTP downloads prohibited

Need to download the latest .msp patches of Adobe Reader and Acrobat DC and FTP is prohibited by policy and also filtered upstream by our service provider. Is anyone aware of a HTTP mirror of the FTP product repository?
