I bought a yearly subscription but it's only appearing as a week free trial

Hey guys, I bought the Adobe for Enterprise 2 weeks ago for a college class, and I got a yearly subscription through my college bookstore. The thing is, when I downloaded Adobe Creative to my computer, for some reason it tells me that I only have a 7 day free trial, but I paid for the whole thing. I want to call them to sort this out, but I wanted to know if I did something wrong in the process.

Please try logging in to https://adobe.ly/4p64Z1Y
 and select Work or School Account in the profile chooser when prompted. Let us know if you can see any active plan listed there.

Additionally, could you let us know which device you’re using this subscription on — your personal computer or a lab/school computer? Please note that you’ve been assigned a Shared Device License by your admin, which will only work on lab or school machines. You can refer to this guide for more details: https://adobe.ly/4gby7AY
