Hello, I bought Adobe Illustrator but it's not in my plan.
I can ask for an email address for the procurement department as the chat is not working.

@adrianh1235336  You might be under the incorrect console. Kindly switch the name of the console from the top right side and check if Photoshop and Illustrator license is showing now. 
As I can check, both licenses are already assigned to the users.

Also, there is no email support. (If someone claims there is, they are a scammer).
