I can not login with my school ID

I am trying to access the creative cloud app plan which my college provided for us, but when I login it says I do not have acess to my enterprise ID. I am using the correct school login so I do not understand the issue.

    Hello Wendy,

    Kindly confirm when and what exactly the error you are getting. Also, check if you are able to sign in to the adobe.com site as an enterprise/federated ID.

    I have the same issue i can nit log in with the enterprise, it goes directly to personal account even i have inputed the email provided by our school. Thank you
