I can't find cancel button under the school name.

Hello.

My laptop is broken.

I paid for it, but I haven't used it for three weeks.

I know it will probably take longer to repair.

 

So I want to cancel my subscription because I can't use Adobe Premiere Pro.

Futhermore it can't be canceled because it's purchased under the school name how much I look for it.

Please help me!

 

Account owner is me. but I don't know how to cancel.

I can't find. I almost tried to find 1hours in homepage. but I couldn't

I'm not sure? Just like the first person, my plan was made through "creative cloud for students" and I had to use my school email through that plan.


 

There is no cancel button and it says no items available under my plans even though I was charged money recently. I'll try to contact adobe support and my school.

yes I did it, but They don't

have a cancel button in plan form

 

In personal account, I did it.

but this one is under the school

name. so I can't find it in plan form. I don't know why.
