Hi,
Currently, the Leave Organization option is not available for managed or company owned accounts.
However, you can ask your administrator to remove you from the organization.
Here's how you can contact your administrator: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

your plan administrator controls who has (and who does not have) licenses. ie, contact your plan administrator.

dead end?

why would you be unable to contact the admin, or pass a message to the admin?

the "Plan Administrator" was not the direct person I have spoken to, to be able to join the organization I wanted to leave.
The problems now are:
• The person I talked to can't contact him anymore.
• As per the photo I've sent above, there is no "View All" button available under My Plan for me to get the Plan Administrator's email to be able to contact him or "pass a message".
Same question, are there any other ways to leave the organization? or is it really a DEAD END if you can't contact the administrator?

i don't see how you can establish any more credentials than me to alter the enterprise/team plan.

Thank you for your help @kglad. So this is really a DEAD END and I can't really leave organization without the Plan Owner's action.
Here is their response to me.

i thought i left a message about contacting adobe support but i don't see it now.
so, here it is (possibly again): you can try:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi @kglad, here's an update. It seems more challenging than I thought, the Plan Owner's account has been locked. I will contact the given email below.

that's what i thought. adobe can't control details of enterprise accounts.
i don't see how the appeal will help, but it can't hurt.

I believe you @kglad, thanks.
The thing also is, I wonder why the Plan Owner's admin account has been locked.
Yeah, they somehow replied to my appeal which is under futher investigation. Hoping it ends with a resolution this time. Will keep you posted!

maybe they failed to pay their bill.
i would think they would have some period to pay what they owe in order to continue their plan, and after that their plan will be terminated. ie, you (and everyone else) would be removed from that plan.
