I can't restore the package

Hey. I have a question about Adobe Student Suite. Paid for the package, got a confirmation email, Photoshop, Illustraror and InDesing are already installed, unfortunately when I want to run them a re-purchase window pops up. Is it some kind of error in the order or maybe with the account? This is my first purchase and I'm afraid I did something wrong. I look forward to your prompt reply.
