I cannot cancel my Adobe Account/Subscription (Enterprise via university)

Hi there, 

I have a problem cancelling my Adobe subscription which I signed up for through my last university.

I cannot contact an administrator via Adobe and I cannot contact Adobe support.

Can anyone help me with this or has had a similar issue?

You need to contacty your last university, if they started the subscription, as they administer it. Don't contact Adobe.
