I cannot install Photoshop Beta and Beta Apps are not available in Creative Cloud Menu

I had the beta menu button last week now it has dissappeared for no reason. I have uninstalled all adobe products including Creative Cloud. I still do not have a (Beta) option. Please help

@DeanSaulsCA You may check this forum post. It has some steps to edit the Serviceconfig file if this is causing the issue.

beta apps not showing 

 

Else as suggested, you may connect with any of the Admins and request the package with Beta apps.

Hi Kevin, I am in Educational. But others on campus who uses Adobe Creative CLoud Betas as an option in their menus. I had it in the menu, and also had the previous version of the beta Photoshop then they dissappeared about 1 week ago. Thank you for your help.

Hi @DeanSaulsCA contact your plan administrator - they may have inadvertently or by choice turned off betas.

Hi DeanSaulsCA

 

Create a Package from Admin Console and make sure the Enable install of beta apps is selected - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/customize-creative-cloud-app.html#enable-beta-app-install 

 

Install the package on your machine, and that should do the trick
