I forgot my username and password

The company I work for purchased Adobe Document Cloud Pro for YERO Internatıonal Education, but now we cannot find the username and password. I only have the credit card payment receipt. Is it possible to recover the username and password with this information?

Thank you for reaching out.  Could you confirm the type of Adobe Document Cloud Pro subscription your organization purchased?

  • Enterprise or Teams Subscription: Please contact your organization’s system administrator. They can access the Admin Console to reset usernames, passwords, or reassign licenses as needed.

  • Individual Subscription: If it’s an individual plan, please reach out to Adobe Support with your payment receipt and billing details for account recovery. Please click here
