I got VIP LICENSE from a distributor, but adobe stock unlimited doesn't work

I tried to talk to him, but he told me that it works.. and I've received an email told me that it can work for my team., But it not

I think he scammed me.. or what?

Yes I do.. all apps and cloud, but not Adobe stock
