I have a CCT membership. After installing the CC software it is in trial mode?

I have downloaded Creative Cloud in design after being prompted by our administrator . when i downloaded the software it would not link to our business account and only let me set up a free trial, now that the free trial is complete how do i link it to a license we are paying for? .

i have read and not understood any of that, surely it should be as simple as signing in and linking to what i am already paying for?
