I have a Creative Cloud for Team membership, how can I get support?

Why is support non-existent for Adobe? Online they ignore you, we called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Do most people just find other products to use?

    Sometimes issues that you face may be due to scheduled (or even unscheduled) maintenance. You can check https://status.adobe.com/# to see if the symptoms you're facing can be explained by the status of the services.
