I have purchased Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB but I cannot access all apps

I have purchased Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB (Annual plan, paid monthly) but it is not showing in my plans section and I cannot the apps like Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects etc.

@georgiag71269474, You have an individual plan for All apps under your personal/Adobe ID profile. The Acrobat plan is associated with your Business profile.

 

When you try to log in, you may choose the personal account and proceed, and then you can access the All Apps plan. If you choose your org profile then it will log you in with the Business ID and there you only have Adobe Acrobat.

you have an adobe teams plan and with the same adobe id you purchased an individual plan?
