I need to open a support case with Adobe for an Acrobat DC convert word to PDF issue - but cant

So we have this issue where a user tries to combine word files (docx) to PDF and they just get an "unidentified error".  When they are using their home computer it works fine, but the office computer it doesn't.  So we replaced and gave them a brand NEW office computer, but the problem persists.  This older lady, the executive assistant to the CEO keeps pressing this issue, but I can't seem to find support for it.  I posted on this forum and I just got a bunch of "me too!" replies.

 

I'm trying to find out how to open an OFFICIAL case with Adobe support.  Every time I try it takes me to that virtual assistant bot in the lower right corner, and I step through it but it always comes back with:

Phone support is available for customers with paid subscriptions or latest version products that are registered with Adobe.
We did not find a current paid product in your account.
 
However, when I go into adminconsole.adobe.com with the same exact login I'm using, search for me, I CLEARLY see Adobe Acrobat DC is assigned to me.  We have 65 licenses for it.
 
How do I open a case with Adobe to get an issue resolved?
