I would like some assistance on Canceling the entire plan for my team.

If you want to cancel a Team subscription purchased directly from the Adobe Store,
Contact information is provided on the Admin Console.

 

For Team subscriptions purchased through resellers, you will need to contact the reseller you purchased.

Hello,

 

I do not know how the subscriptions were purchased. I was not admin at the time and I cannot see any details about it. From what I can see there is no way to actually see how they were purchased. I am try to look for the above and I cannot see a similar page. The only thing I can see is: To cancel your entire plan, please contact support. and when I click on that link I cannot find a way to raise a ticket or something to progress this.

 That is why I raised this.

Hello,

 

 I already tried that and it is telling me to contact support. I cannot find a way to do that.

 

Support would be greatly appreciated.
