I don't currently use one license.

I don't want to pay additional money for unused programs.

Can you please elaborate on which plan you have bought (Individual or teams plan), products (Creative Cloud, document cloud), etc.?

Do you mean you have two different plans? With separate bills? Contact Adobe. There may be an early cancellation penalty. Warning: Adobe will not contact you, but scammers might.
