Hello, I am considering purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for enterprise use. However, I need to install and activate it within the company without internet access. I will not be using it as a cloud-based solution. Is this possible? Adobe support has not responded to my messages. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Hi @abdulmelik_0035,

Thanks for reaching out. From your query, it seems you want to purchase a Creative Cloud subscription for your enterprise, install Adobe XD, and activate it completely offline using an activation code instead of signing in online. Please confirm if I’ve understood this correctly.

Adobe XD and other Creative Cloud apps no longer support activation via traditional serial numbers or offline activation codes. Adobe has transitioned to named-user licensing tied to Adobe IDs or Business IDs.

For organizations that need to run Adobe software in restricted environments with no internet access, Adobe offers specific enterprise licensing options. I recommend contacting our enterprise sales team to discuss your requirements—they can provide a plan tailored to your needs: https://adobe.ly/4msW0pQ.

I hope this clarifies things. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,

^AN
