We have Acrobat running on a RDP server which has 20 - 30 users connected most of the time.
Each user session has several unnecessary processes running related to Creative Cloud that are using up a lot of memory in total. I would like to uninstall CC but I don't want this to affect the running of Acrobat.
Hi @ArkSing,
Adobe strongly recommends that you do not uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app. However, in certain scenarios like a corrupted Creative Cloud desktop app, or problems installing some Creative Cloud apps, you can uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.
If the users are using other Creative Cloud applications apart from Acrobat, then Creative Cloud should not be uninstalled.
As the Creative Cloud application is required for updating these applications.
Hope this helps!
