Hi @StephanE-andr_5792,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that you are receiving multiple emails about a user requesting access to InDesign, even though you have already assigned a license. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

I recommend checking with the user whether they are able to use the assigned license, or if they are repeatedly requesting it due to a cache-related issue. Confirm that the user is correctly entitled to InDesign in the appropriate organization. A user who clicks Request Access despite having access may leave a pending request that continues to trigger notifications until it is resolved. If the application still shows Request Access after the license has been assigned, ask the user to sign out and sign back in, or switch to the correct business profile to refresh their entitlement.

If the user is able to use the license and sees the Open option instead of Request Access in the Creative Cloud desktop app or on the Creative Cloud website, please review pending requests. To do this, sign in to the Adobe Admin Console and navigate to Products > Product access automation > Product requests. Resolve any existing requests in the Admin Console (approve or deny) to stop reminder notifications.

If the issue persists, you can temporarily disable the product requests feature. Turn it back on later to verify whether the email notifications continue. For more details, please refer to the following documentation: https://adobe.ly/47tYdwA

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

Regards,

^AN
