InDesign & InCopy 2015.4 available for Creative Cloud Packager?

I need to distribute the latest versions of InDesign and InCopy to my development team. It has not been advertised through the Creative Cloud Packager app yet. What is the timetable to making it available in CCP? Is there another way I can get the media out?

End users do not have individual creative cloud accounts, so updating through the CC Desktop app is not an option.

I can see the InDesign update in Creative Cloud Packager.

It is version 11.4.0.090
