InDesign Publish Online - Transfer Links to Another Account?

Wondering if I can transfer my current online documents to another user in my organization?

My current impression is if I close my account, we lose all the current URLs but Is there a way to keep URLs active by sharing/transferring this dashboard over to another account holder?

Do you have Individual or Team accounts with Adobe? If Individual, I doubt that's possible. It could be possible with Teams, but I really don't know because I don't have that kind of account.

For Team account questions, you should ask them here:

At this point I don’t think it is possible. If it is, you’d have to contact Adobe and see if they can merge accounts. I’m thinking the answer will be no though. You could give your colleague the InDesign files and they could publish with their account but the links would change. For several projects I’ve created URL redirects connected to a company domain. This allows you to account for publish online url changes.

Thanks Chad! I should have mentioned that Adobe Customer Care directed me here so I believe they do not yet have a solution.

Nevertheless, ask in Deployment for Creative Cloud for Team, Enterprise, & CS.

Best come back if you have an answer.

Thanks,
