Hi I've recently purchased a new MacBook Air , but every time I try to install an app from the creative cloud I get error code 403 . Does anyone know how I can fix this as my college doesn't even know who their administrator is . Adobe say they can't help as it has to be done through my college. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Maddison,
I also had the same issue as well and my adobe lienced is tied with my college. The solution that worked for me was making/signing in with a personal account (email address was same as my school one). After signing in with my personal account, I turned off the auto-update (Mac OS, Creative Cloud (top left) --> Preferences --> Apps). Then I downloaded a try version, while it was downloading I cancled it. Logged out signed backed in with school lience and somehow I was able to download the programme. I hope this helps.
All the best,
S
